Our guiding principle

Nothing about safety is left to guesswork.

It's the line on our homepage. It's also how we run this team.

At Animalystix, it's always day one

We started with a problem, not a plan.

PAHI began the way most hardware ideas do — with a gap nobody had closed well enough. A collar that could actually tell you where your dog was, how they were doing, and whether today was an ordinary day or the day something was wrong. Incorporated in Kolkata in October 2025, Animalystix has grown one prototype, one field test, and one hard conversation at a time.

One collar. One family. One day at a time.

Reality check

This is not a comfortable place to build hardware.

We are a small team shipping physical devices that real animals wear and real families depend on. There's no "good enough" when the thing you're building is meant to notice what a pet can't tell you. Deadlines are real. Field tests fail. Firmware breaks the night before a demo. You will feel behind, unsure, and occasionally in over your head.

That discomfort is the job, not a bug in it.

The other half

…and it's exactly why it's worth it.

Then a collar flags an irregular heartbeat before a vet visit would have. A camera helps someone find a dog that slipped its leash near traffic. A parent sleeps through the night because Dotty AI is watching. Very few jobs let you point at something and say it kept an animal safer today than it would have been without you.

How we work

"We" before "I."

We're too small a team to carry passengers, and too mission-driven to reward solo heroics that leave everyone else guessing. The engineer debugging firmware and the person answering a support call from a worried pet parent are doing equally important work. We commit to the team's outcome, stay honest with each other when something isn't working, and let the mission — not personal credit — decide what happens next.
