- Pet location data — GPS/GNSS coordinates and geofence activity collected by the PAHI collar.
- Biometric and activity data — heart rate, activity levels, and rest patterns collected via the collar's sensors, used by Dotty AI for health insights.
- Camera footage — HD video captured on demand through the Pet's Eye camera feature.
- Device and usage data — app interactions, device identifiers, and diagnostic logs.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected data to provide core product functionality (location tracking, geofence alerts, health insights via Dotty AI, and live camera streaming), to maintain and improve the PAHI ecosystem, to communicate with you about your account or product updates, and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with veterinary partners you explicitly connect your account to, with service providers who help us operate the PAHI platform (such as cloud hosting), and where required by law.
